Dr. Aaron Rockoff, MD

This doctor is rude, condescending, does not listen, cuts you off mid-sentence. The wait to see him is ridiculous. Will not be going back.

He is a great Doctor. Explained my condition well. He also listened and answered all my question.

Terrible surgeon who condescended to me. When I told him I sleep 10-12 hours and am still tired he told me "Sleep more!" This man man it very clear he did not care about me. I slept so much due to his negligence of properly medically managing my thyroid.

Dr Aaron Rockoff is with Endocrinology of Southern California at 705 W La Veta, Orange, CA. Since 2017. He is very Caring, Listens well, is Detail oriented and “Gets to the Bottom of the Problems.” I have Referred Others with Positive Outcomes, as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rockoff now for 5 years. He diagnosed my thyroid cancer. He is patient through and caring. Yes, his wait times are a bit long (don’t expect to get in and out)but I don’t mind because he does take his time listening to concerns and actually examining you.

His staff is out of control. They will not refill needed medications. They are less than courteous. Doctor Rockoff does not communicate directly with patients unless you have a visit. My last scheduled visit was canceled, and now I have to wait at least 4 weeks. This is not new behavior on the part of his staff, of which he seemingly has no control. Extremely uncaring!!

I enjoyed Dr. Rockoff's personality and smooth way of performing the painless thyroid biopsy. He changes a potentially nerve-wracking experience into a piece of cake, with his caring manner and light-hearted approach. I was at ease during the entire procedure and would highly recommend Dr. Rockoff.

Doctors like Rockoff just don't exist anymore. You'll wait longer than you're used to with other doctors, but that's because he's actually doing his job with his other patients. He'll do the same with you. Time and attention are the cost of actually get our medical concerns addressed.

To find a Doctor that listens like if he was a family member it’s hard to find..Someone compassionate and caring also not easy to find..Very blessed to have found Dr. Rockoff to treat my Thyroid and sit with me with patience and review my condition and test results...Office staff also great! Thank you

11/26/2018 - Dr Rockoff - Please call my mom Patricia Faber ... she is having a terrible time getting your office staff to call the Specialty Pharmacy to order the med you subscribed for her on her visit almost 3 months ago ... your staff keeps delaying making the call and only sending digitally & Pharmacy is not receiving the order digitally from your office. My mom called and got the phone number, ext. to call & the person to talk too. She needs your help Jill Shaw RN - Former CHOC Oncology

Nice guy in person, but I expressed concern for weight gain he would say, oh just a couple lbs. I had to point out he said that every visit & 10 lbs had been gained in less than a year. If you have any questions outside of an office visit, good luck getting a call back from him! Nurse called pharmacy for increased dose causing heart palpitations. MD was not aware. After 2-3 weeks of many phone calls requesting a call back and dealing with rude staff... MD never called back himself.

Dr. Rockoff did my thyroid biopsy. He made it as pleasant as possible. He is very kind and professional and kept a light note on my unfortunate situation when he called me with the positive biopsy results.

Dr. Rockoff is not only knowledgeable but is also very friendly and caring. He listened to me and then completed a thorough evaluation. He explained everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Rockoff has the best bedside manner. He was very reassuring, performed a procedure that turned out to be painless, as he said, and I have already recommended him and will continue to do so.

Dr. Rockoff is amazing! I really couldn't believe how "real" he was. He took his time explaining my labs, my issues, and gave me hope for a healthier future. His sense of humor really eased the situation and for that, I am so grateful! Thank you Dr. Rockoff for such a wonderful experience during such a grim time in my life! I was nervous about going to the Endocrinologist because I had nodules on my Thyroid. Dr. Rockoff helped me feel so at ease. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He also takes his time with you, to answer all your questions and concerns. I feel very lucky that my medical group sent me to Dr Rockoff and I highly recommend him for your care!

Today was my initial visit with Dr. Rockoff. I found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable and informative. He spent plenty of time with me and I did not feel rushed through the appointment. I like that he welcomes questions from the patient. I feel very comfortable in his care.

7/20/2016 Dr. Rockoff is great, but unfortunately his front office staff is untruthful and rude. They said that they needed to see my insurance cards again even though they already have a copy of each of them, because they needed to see the # on the back of the card. I have a Medicare card and a Blue Cross card but neither of them have a # on the back of the card. Then they said it was for billing purposes and that I needed to provide them each time. Do they think my Medicare is going to expire?

Dr. Rockoff is amazing. He is a caring, thorough, fantastic physician. He takes so much time with his patients. He asks lots of questions and cares about your responses and concerns. He is great about setting a treatment plan and you truely believe he will do everything he can to get you, as his patient, into the best health. He also has a great sense of humor which makes going to the doctor actually fun.
