Dr. New is a wonderful physician. Very patient, knowledgeable, wants to make certain you understand the procedure and are comfortable with what is going to be done. Plus, he has a great sense of humor. Since I have some physical conditions which mean frequent kidney stones, he will be my urologist of choice as well as that of my entire family. I heartily recommend him! MaryJo Coday

Of all the Doctors and surgeons I have seen in my 73 years Dr. New is the finest. Never in a hurry, explains treatment and surgeries in detail, and follows through with personal contact. I have the utmost confidence in his knowledge and surgery skills.

I was a patient of my urologist when my aggressive prostrate cancer was discovered at 75 years. I was advised of a highly skilled Dr in VIctoria. Dr Aaron New operated on me on 9/11/17, shortly after a hurricane had hit the city. He performed robotic surgery to remove my prostrate. I had another kidney stone about 6 months later that ended septic. Could not have had a better skilled or caring doctor. After 1 yr my psa began to rise & Dr New caringly referred me for radiation in Victoria.A+++

Dr. New performed my Vasectomy. While I was worried and concerned about the procedure he made it fairly easy, painless and made sure to constantly check with me while oporatiing to see if I was ok. At times the pain was unbearable due to personal issues but I csn't think of a better person to do it as he was concerned about me as much as he was about doing the job right. Highly recommend him as a urologist

Dr. New did a "roto rooter" on my prostrate 3 years ago. I have wanted to write this since then but I thought I would wait. He left early after surgery to attend a football game before I urinated but checked me out of the hospital. I had to go to the emergency room the next morning because I was unable to urinate. When I saw him at his office the next Monday he admitted he administered the wrong pain medication to me. I have been wearing diapers ever since and have another Dr.

Admitted from ER for kidney stone. Dr New was very helpful in walking us through the process. He explained (and drew pictures) so we understood everything. After surgery, he saw me several times before my discharge from the hospital
