Great Doctor
Fantastic. My experience has been great. He is very busy though which is why some of these reviews are probably upset. The better the doctor the harder it is to get appointments. I have never had an issue with follow up or appointments, but I do have to make appointments pretty far out if I have to reschedule. I think he is very knowledgeable with great bedside manners.

THANK YOU!
Dr. Jamali, there are no words that can express how I am feeling. You are an amazing doctor. I am sure I am speaking on behalf of all your patients who have not had the chance to write here. You and your team have done a miracle for my father and father-in-law, both of your patients. I will keep it short, thank you for all the hard work and your wisdom. I hope your team enjoys the gift basket!

Unprofessional
After being told I may have already had a heart attack, my EKG indicated a blockage, and I needed a CT scan STAT, the office dropped the ball and forgot to schedule my procedure. I had to leave several messages for them. Then after the procedure (two weeks later...) I did not hear back from the doctor for another full week - I had to chase them down for an answer. Dr. Jamali finally sent me a message over their portal saying, 'Your scan looked good...' This doctor and office have been grossly unprofessional - and I question whether I truly needed the procedure at all. Look elsewhere for a cardiologist.

Not as great as some of the reviews would suggest.
I began seeing Dr. Jamali and we had a great rapport. He advised me that the circulation in my legs was not great and showed me an illustration how things could become very severe in time. He recommended a vein ablation in each leg. The process was not painful but the recovery was. Since then, I have seen other respected cardiologists who strongly recommend against this process as it leaves you with fewer veins to harvest should you require a bypass, which I did. Every cardiologist I spoke to was unhappy that Dr. Jamali had performed this procedure because veins that would have used were no longer viable. Shame on you Dr. Jamali. The only good to come of this was not having to deal any longer with his difficult and uncooperative assistant, Alicia de la Paz.

The Best.
He saved my life. He is very direct, clear in communication, with no prevaricating or sugar-coating his diagnosis, nor his recommendations for treatment. He thinks and moves fast, great assurance. Simply the best. The Best.

This phenomenal cardiologist saved my life for a very important reason. He listens to his patients and takes all facts and history into consideration before making life altering decisions for his patients. He is calm in difficult situations where patients have extreme allergies that contribute to their cardiac disorders and continues to monitor other organs besides the heart that appear to be reacting unusually. He sees that a medication is not working for a patient and immediately makes changes. His knowledge, bedside manner, and ability to communicate with patients is how doctors should relate to sick people and their families. He keeps the patient’s regular doctors informed of progress and has a plan to move forward aggressively to self contain a disease. Phenomenal, caring doctor whom you want in your corner when your health is failing. I am so glad I met this cardiologist to take care of my heart!

Excellent doctor. My only complaint (outside of an emergency) is trying to reach Dr Jamali for non-emergency info. It may take 2-3 days before a response is rec'd from his assistant; because of being a busy practice ?, I do not know.
