Dr Gliga does not do her job.
Dr. Gliga is one of the worst doctors i have ever delt with she overdosed my mom of meds for three years and did not seem to care her primary health provider had to discovery this. also Dr. Gliga only seems to care about money she is always bothering you over 30 cents you owe her.

Doesn’t listen, closed-minded
I went to her for treatment of my Graves Disease. Due to changes in insurance coverage, I had to change meds which led me to be hyperthyroid. I am in a small percentage of Graves sufferers who need T3 supplement. She REFUSES to listen, won’t even look at documentation from other doctors, it’s all about the numbers. You aren’t an individual. I have now been hypothyroid for 6 months - going to find another doctor. She doesn’t even know the correct symptoms of hypothyroidism - keeps telling me these symptoms (which only started after I became hypo) that something else must be causing the symptoms. She is very old school - not up on the newer treatments. Her staff is wonderful - which is the only reason she didn’t get zero stars.

After only casually treating my diabetes for several years, I finally got serious and went to Dr. Gliga. I first tried to get in with another doctor in the MetroHealth system, but the wait to see one of his associates (not even him!) was three months. I tried Dr. Gliga as she was next on my list, and I am so HAPPY to have found her. She is a smart lady and super caring. As a new patient, they got me in right away (nice surprise). I am doing well. Highly recommend!

I would say Dr. Gliga might be a very good doctor for some folks but not for me. We had over a year of doctor/patient relationship, I did give her ample time to work with me, not against me. I prefer a doctor who is willing to work with you and is open to suggestions , not saying it's my way or do not come back. Needless to say, I did not go back, what a pity, she is a very good doctor, as long as you do not ask/question. Staff is wonderful. I found a new doctor.
