Not very happy
Sometimes they can be really nice and then others they just brush you off very disappointing or he makes all the decisions on your health, without even listening to what you have to say

I recently transferred to this doctor. After my first visit I got the impression he was all about showing me he was in charge and would make his own decisions regardless of my pending referrals and/or suggestions that I see a cardiologist (for a recent heart attack), a nephrologist (for chronic kidney disease, stage 3), and a neuro-ophthalmologist (for diplopia), all of which he said were unnecessary. His receptionist was extremely rude. I am transferring to another doctor, hopefully not a bully

Dr. Jaffer did not prescribe proper pain medication for my mother, in fact he took away pain meds that were prescribed by 3 other doctors. Now that she is in an aftercare facility, the new doctor has her semi pain free again.

Is very knowledgeable and friendly with patients. Staff is slow and often does not complete requests that are needed. For example, my visit summary with recommendation for an EEG was supposed to be sent to my primary dr so insurance could approve it. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I called my dr and they said they had never received the request. They called Jaffer's office and the staff there said they never sent the summary.
