Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Noah Greene is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a Distinguished Graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Greene completed his residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas after which he was selected to serve as Chief Medical Resident. He completed Cardiology Fellowship at the combined Wilford Hall Medical Center/Brooke Army Medical Center Cardiology Fellowship in San Antonio. While in the Air Force, Dr. Greene served as Chief of Cardiology at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital, Nellis AFB, Nevada and completed an active duty tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. His last position was lead physician for Specialists for Health Cardiology in San Antonio. For fun, Dr. Greene enjoys practicing yoga, staying fit and is an avid sports fan. Most importantly he values spending time with his wife, Mary, who is originally from Fredericksburg, and their four children.

Biography: Matthew Jepson, DO, is originally from San Antonio and is a long time avid Spurs fan. He graduated through the Honors Program from Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX, where he met his wife, Michelle, who is from Fredericksburg.He earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX, before completing his Internal Medicine residency at Texas A&M/Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX. He then completed his Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at the same institution, ultimately being selected to serve as chief fellow during the final year of training.He specializes in general cardiology and is board certified in internal medicine and echocardiography, and is board-eligible for cardiovascular disease. His special interests include preventive care and cardiovascular imaging.Dr. Jepson is an active member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. He has participated in a number of research projects and his research findings have been published in a variety of peer-reviewed publications.In his free time, Dr. Jepson enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working out, and hunting.

She later received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin.Meredith grew up in Fredericksburg, Texas, and moved to Austin in 2004. Her nursing career began as a patient care nurse at The Heart Hospital of Austin. She moved back to Fredericksburg in 2010 and began working at Peterson Regional Medical Center as an advanced practice nurse with the hospitalist program providing acute medical care to hospitalized patients. In 2022, she transitioned to the hospitalist program with Hill Country Memorial Hospital before joining Austin Heart in 2023.In her free time, Meredith enjoys time with her husband and two children staying busy outdoors with endless trips to the lake or ranch.
