Dr. Lippolis graduated from the American University School of Medicine before completing an internship and residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center of Richmond in New York. He completed his cardiology fellowship also at St. Vincent's and an additional year of fellowship at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. Dr. Lippolis completed his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at The Henry Ford Heart and Vascular Institute in Detroit, Michigan where he also served as an Associate Professor of Medicine. He is licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee, Michigan, Kentucky, New York, Virginia and Maryland. Dr. Lippolis is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, and The Society of Atherosclerosis Imaging.

Before this, he worked as an emergency room physician in Buffalo, New York, and was a cardiologist in private practice in Dover, New Jersey.Dr. Lee graduated from medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed a Cardiovascular Fellowship in Nuclear Cardiology at Yale University. He also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine at the State University of New York.Dr. Lee is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases.Dr. Lee has been involved in numerous research projects on heart disease at Yale University, and the State University of New York at Buffalo and Stony Brook.Dr. Lee is Co-Director of the Nuclear Cardiology Program of Tennessee Heart and Vascular Institute.

Biography: Rick Koch, MD is originally from Massachusetts and was a cardiology ultrasound software engineer prior to embarking upon a career in medicine. Dr. Koch pursued medicine in order to directly care for patients. During cardiology fellowship he received his Cardiac CT training at Tennessee Heart and Vascular. He subsequently practiced in Bend, Oregon for 13 years. Dr. Koch is passionate about partnering with patients to maximize quality of life and longevity. His clinical interests include: prevention, nutrition, lifestyle modification and cardiovascular imaging. Personal interests include: keeping up with 3 teenage sons, outdoor sporting activities, all things music and Boston sports.
