Biography: Dr. Ashley Bock is a native of Colorado. She is an alumna of Colorado State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Prior to starting medical school, she worked as a research associate developing medical diagnostic arrays for a proteomics company, SomaLogic, Inc., in Boulder, Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine, graduating in 2013, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received numerous academic, clinical, and patient care awards. She went on to complete her internship and residency at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina where she continued to receive accolades for patient care and was selected as an Assistant Chief Resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and was selected by her peers as Chief Fellow. She received the Program Director's Award for her excellent leadership and was recognized by the nursing staff for her outstanding patient care in the cardiovascular intensive care unit. Dr. Bock furthered her cardiology training by completing an advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic where she was elected as the Chief Fellow and was recognized as Fellow of the Year by the heart failure intensive care unit nursing staff. Dr. Bock is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases. She is also board certified in Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac Echocardiography. Dr. Bock provides comprehensive heart failure services including medical management of heart failure in the outpatient, inpatient, and intensive care unit settings, right heart catheterization and hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced heart failure referral and management including left ventricular assist devices (LVADs) and cardiac transplantation.

Biography: Rick Koch, MD is originally from Massachusetts and was a cardiology ultrasound software engineer prior to embarking upon a career in medicine. Dr. Koch pursued medicine in order to directly care for patients. During cardiology fellowship he received his Cardiac CT training at Tennessee Heart and Vascular. He subsequently practiced in Bend, Oregon for 13 years. Dr. Koch is passionate about partnering with patients to maximize quality of life and longevity.
