Review for Dr. Heard
Dr. Heard was fabulous and very attentive. But his staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. I saw another doctor in the practice a few years ago for shoulder surgery and had the same experience. Thought that things would be better, but no. E-mailed him ten days ago and called twice. Not a word bad....

I went to Dr. Hill about hip complaints. She did a thorough examination and laid out my options of what could and could not be done. She was very informative, explaining things very well and had a wonderful demeanor
