Eye Care of the Big Horns

I had a truly terrible experience with this eye doctor. Earlier this year, they assured me that an annual eye exam wasn't necessary as I was planning on getting LASIK later in the next year or two, which turned out to be a blatant lie. When I needed new contacts and reached out, they refused to assist, citing an expired prescription. This left me without proper vision aids for driving and work. Their refusal to help, despite my efforts to plan ahead, showed a complete lack of patient care. To make matters worse, they used my past rescheduled appointments and a missed appointment against me, showcasing their willingness to exploit anyone’s flaws against them. The receptionist's rudeness, attitude, and lack of empathy only added insult to injury. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment for their eye care needs.
