First we had what should have been a minute of idle chitchat but then it turned into Me listening to Her go on for five minutes about the WVU changes! I just stared at her to give body language so she would stop but that didn’t work. I was asked “what brings you here today?” On my first and only visit. No direction or specific questions. Very unorganized and hadn’t read anything about me from my referral.Obviously I needed counseling but I mean I could go on about anything. I told her I think I’m wasting her time so she asked a specific question about my past doctors and we started talking about medicine. She Interrupted me. When someone interrupts you it’s because they’re thinking of the next thing They want to say withOut Listening. So I took that as she didn’t really care. I stood up and said I would like to end the session. She did ask me why so I did get to tell her it’s because she talked about nothing to do with me for the first five minutes and had just interrupted me.
