In today, wearing mask and noticing all the signs to practice six feet distancing, on and on. Noticed no one wiping waiting room seats down when a patient was called into appointment. I asked Rebecca who was one of the receptionist seated, asked her how often they were disinfected. Her response was periodically. I asked her what that meant, periodically apparently means when they have time, and she went on to reference no enough employees. I requested she wipe a chair for me as she was doing nothing else. She got up to respond, but decided to call a patient up to her so she could wait on them instead of wiping my seat down. There was another receptionist with no patience closer to the door. I am livid! I then ran into a manager, she let me know she was busy, and would handle this, I asked how will I know? Apparently it will not be because my chair gets wiped down. She told me I should trust her.... ??
