Excellent and Thorough Exam
Went for a hearing test. I was seen within a reasonable length of time after arriving. Dr. Grolley was extremely patient in answering my questions, performed a thorough assessment of my hearing, provided an easily understandable explanation of my hearing status and options to address hearing loss, and followed up immediately for my request to obtain a copy of my hearing test results. The front office staff were professional and respectful, calm and kind.
