Worst experience of my life. The office staff is rude until they realize they messed up. Paperwork doesn't get processed, appointments don't get set, there's a complete communication breakdown between everyone in that office. My surgeon told me surgery or pain. Never offered to try an injection (he did for a different section but not the one we knew was unstable). He promised we world met a few times with my family to talk about the game plan. Never happened. Instead, I had to routinely check in to make sure my file was moving (it never was). Pre-op appt, I find out I am having a completely different kind of surgery. No one tells me that recovery is different in anyway. Turns out, it is. More muscle was pulled than normal. I ended up a massive fever, a rash, hip pain and major pain from the surgery on my l4-l5. I've spoken with nearly a dozen doctors and all of them agree the surgery should have required a 3 day minimum stay. If I had stayed, I wouldn't have to have had my husband try
