Rude and Indifferent
Absolutely terrible people. Rude, inconsiderate and indifferent. I made an appointment more than 2 months ago. The day I showed up, they had lost the record of my referral and the appointment. When I contacted my referring physician, I found out the Palouse Urology staff had lost TWO MONTHS of referrals and appointments from his office! The Palouse Urology office staff made no effort to put things right. They just wanted to argue they could not possibly have made a mistake. They could care less. Avoid this office if at all possible.
