Never coming back here, after being a patient for 20 years the care or lack of over the last few years has been disappointing and the treatment I received today was beyond shocking. If you don’t want hormonal birth control they refuse to listen. They want to bandaid issues with bc and if you opt not to they are rude and downright refuse care. The providers exact words were “well you don’t want bc so there isn’t anything I can do for you.” I was there for my annual and I wanted a pap today and was refused as medically unnecessary, my provider explained why and that she refused to do it which I was ok with but she was so condescending and rude and made me feel so stupid. The kicker, as I left crying and rightfully frustrated the front desk staff laughed. Strongly advise you find a different office.
