I would give zero stars if possible. Received $5075.7 bill for at-home sleep test. I have a high-deductible healthcare plan and almost always pay full cost for tests due to that. Prior to accepting care here, I deliberately and repeatedly asked what the out-of-pocket cost for an at-home sleep test is and was told that it's around ~500-600 dollars. I even clarified, so this isn't going to be multiple thousands of dollars? Correct, they said. What they didn't tell me is that they bill you for every single night of the home sleep test. So when the provider recommended a 3-day at-home EEG and a 3-day at-home sleep apnea test, that became a $5075.7 bill.

If you have a serious sleep disorder - go ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is unbelievably bad. Dr. Mazeika is the only one who has any expertise, and he's too busy to care about real patients. It seems every incompetent MD and RN in town got hired here. You won't have your medications, no one will read your charts, you'll be lucky to get a response at all. Unless they want to charge you for something. Seriously, just avoid this place.

Completely disorganized and unprofessional staff. Dr. Mazeika, who is brilliant, no longer seems to care about his patients and has outsourced everything to unqualified nurses who don’t bother to read your charts. Simple requests, like refills and documentation go ignored for days or weeks.
