Lake Washington Vascular

I was referred to Lake Washington Vascular for pelvic congestion syndrome. After my referral was received, no one called me to schedule an appointment. I called after 2 weeks and was told it would be a minimum of 3 weeks before I would hear from someone to schedule. After 4 weeks, I called again and they said they couldn't schedule because they didn't have my medical records. I didn't know they requested them. I called the hospital and had my recorded faxed over. Still didn't hear from them. Called again today and the recorded department at Lk WA Vascular wasn't available. I have been waiting 6 weeks for someone from Lk WA Vascular to reach out to me. My pain is not subsiding.

I'm beyond frustrated with this clinic. 3 months ago I had my first appointment, where they referred me to an ultrasound. That test result came back abnormal, suggesting an arterial blockage (I'm a healthy 44-year old, so this was concerning to me especially given the extreme leg pain I've been experiencing.) I had a follow-up visit scheduled to review these results, which they called day-of to cancel. The next appointment they could get me into was 2 months later. So I took that. This morning (day of my appointment), they called again to reschedule. I feel completely uncared for. Is this arterial blockage dangerous? Why is it happening? Who knows?? Nobody in this office cares enough to talk to me about this, and I'm left with leg pain and the knowledge that I have SOME type of blockage but no follow-up or guidance. I'm totally on my own.
