Integrative Foot and Ankle Centers of Washington

I had a few visits at this office last year. I paid as I went and had two appointments for orthotics. One appointment to be fitted and one to pickup my orthotics. I paid HALF at the fitting and HALF when I picked them up. Now here we are, 6 MONTHS after my last visit and the clinic is saying that I did not pay! I called them and left a message explaining that I paid as I went and I paid using my credit card so I have proof of payments, and even have VISA reference numbers for the transactions. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. So I assumed the info I had supplied them was sufficient. BUT NO. Here I am 6 weeks later and now I am getting 30 day late bills. WHAT THE HECK! Incompetence galore! I am absolutely livid that not once but TWICE my payments were not recorded, and no one will has contacted me to resolve this. Looks like I am going to have to bring my payment stubs and show up in person at the office to get something done about this. Unacceptable! If you decide to be treated here MAKE SU
