I’ve been an ongoing patient. Dr Riskin and his staff have treated me compassionately. They are willing to listen and understand my issues and have been readily available when needed.

Dr. Ryskin is a good, caring, compassionate and competent guy but unfortunately the people that work there are the complete opposite. Just because they have a title like 'Medical Assistant' they think they know everything and they will child you and yell at you at every turn for nothing. They have absolutely no compassion, no care, and do not belong in this business. They are extremely rude and you would probably be treated better if you were in a federal prison ! I wish Dr Ryskin all the best but until he gets rid of some of these 20 something year old kids who think they know everything I would not go here. These people could care less if you're in pain and good luck trying to even get through on the phone because they rarely even answer it.

I have been a patient for over a year at this location. Dr R and staff have treated me kindly and with respect. Pain management in Washington state is incredibly difficult but they have always been on my side. They see a high rate of patients so it can be difficult if you need to change your appointment time but that should also tell you that they do a good job or they would have lots of openings. Dr R will give you lots of treatment options and wants patients to be proactive in their care plan. I would and have recommended this place to family and friends.
