The Everett Clinic at Bellingham

My Provider Erika Dasher is beyond Wonderful and her RN staff. I feel so fortunate to be under her care. But with the CEO of Optum /Everett clinic making the decision to take away patients trusted primary provider and under a 'team approach' the continuity of care suffers and Trust by the corporate management of this business. Which is surprising because I thought management is run by 'Evidence based' approach and not a profit driven approavh. When you cannot see a provider that you know based on long standing practice and patient trust, you lose payients, RN's, P.A.'s Doctor's and clients and your reputation (Optum- Everett clinic) quickly disseminates throughout Bellingham not to go to. Optum-Everett Management owners, please listen to yourpatients. Your Business model you've installed has failed along with your (management business) model. Saying your 'sad and sorry' will not fix your error(s). Listening to your patients in Bellingham and P A.'s, RN's and staff may .

This is by far the worst medical program in the state of Washington. We were out of town and needing to get a prescription from our doctor. We were on hold with several different people for an entire day only to hear from a nurse that they were going to “try” to get the prescription signed by a different doctor and to call back in 15 minutes. Ha, that is funny since every time we were on hold was for over 90 minutes. On their recording they were touting how they cared about the health care they were providing and attention to their patients. That is the last thing they are trying to do. Yes I realize health care is different these days but in my job, I have to be better in order to keep my clients but clearly these people believe that their patients are at their mercy and have to just accept sub par health care.
