Mother patient of Dr. Craft over 11 years. She has a catheter that must be changed every month, they set us up with in home skilled nursing for my mom 90 with Alzheimer’s. Anytime we had issues we in the past the office personnel were so compassionate & understanding “professional”. Not Anymore, Dr Craft has hired rude, unprofessional, some even finding pleasure in saying we have no availability, and take her to the ER “during business hours” for a UTI. She was in the ER yesterday with a UTI among other things. Our skilled nurse is no longer with the company, my mother was on schedule to have her catheter changed Thursday of next week. I called to see if I could get her in, the girl on the phone said she wasn’t due until the end of the month. I reviewed and explained it was last changed on June 13th. She said find another skilled nurse, they can’t see her until August 2nd. Wow Dr. Craft way to run your office. Very sad you are the only specialist in the area. Don’t know what to do now!
