Debbie is Rude.

Debbie took it upon herself to cancel my routine cleaning that’s covered 100% by insurance because of an unpaid balance. I’m out of work for postpartum depression and explained that the second I get money, I would pay the $60, but really needed a cleaning. She explained to me that she would NEVER go into a place of business where she owed money expecting them to service her, even if they were getting the money from insurance. She also said my insurance was probably bad to which I said it wasn’t. She very quickly snapped back at me and said “well how are you paying for your insurance? How are you paying for your other bills?” That’s totally none of her business and I WOULD NEVER ask anyone that question but I told her my husband. So she asked why he couldn’t for it and I said that our daughter is formula fed, I need to make sure there is a roof over our head, we have power and water. Absolutely disgusting. She does not care for her patients, she is always rude, and I will not be back.
