HORRIBLE
TERRIBLE MEDICAL CARE. WON'T REFILL YOUR MEDICATION IN A TIMELY MANNER (Dr. Jean Casillan). DOESN'T RESPOND TO PHARMACY REQUESTS. WAS TOLD THEY'D REFILL MY MEDICATION FOR A YEAR AFTER THE LAST VISIT. LIES. I GUESS THEY JUST WANT ME TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. THE FIRST TIME I WAS GOING OUT OF THE COUNTRY, FOLLOWED UP ON REFILL REQUESTS 2 WEEKS PRIOR. WASN'T ABLE TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS IN TIME FOR THE TRIP. THIS OFFICE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE. WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE, SADLY. BEEN THERE FOR NEARLY 3 DECADES BEFORE VB INTERNAL MEDICINE MERGED WITH THIS TERRIBLE OFFICE. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THIS AS OTHER REVIEWS HAVE ALSO MENTIONED, I ADVISE REPORTING TO THEM TO THE VDHP. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED.
