The doctor has a good bedside manner and is great with my kid. His front office staff is rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my son's glasses, which took forever for the office to make. When I arrived, I was told the office had only one person trained to do fittings and to come back because he was out for a doctor's appointment. I took time off work, my kid missed school, and I drove 45 minutes to get there. When I expressed my disappointment, they offered to ship them to me. This meant that my kid would be without his glasses for who knows how long. The spare glasses order was also wrong. As I was leaving the office, two receptionists started talking about me, with one of them suggesting I take the spare glasses even though it was the wrong order. One of those receptionists had disrespected me in the past. I kept going back because of the doctor. I can no longer tolerate the disrespect as a paying client.
