Pediatric Consultants of Hampton Roads

I am very saddened to write this review. My children have been with this practice since the paint was fresh on the walls. I called 3.29.2022 to change my daughter's appointment & was told that they did not take her insurance. I offered to self-pay for her appointment & was told that self-pay was not an option & that my daughter could not be seen until the office manager worked it out. I asked to speak with the office manager. I was then told that the office manager was unavailable & that they would give her (Renee) a message to contact me. When I asked when I could expect the phone call, I was told that she would call me when it was convenient for her. I asked for the practice email address & the contact information to submit a formal complaint. My eldest child has been treated by Drs. Fuste & Vanden Hook since their time at Riverside Pediatrics off of Main Street in Newport News. They have been the only practice that my 17 yo has ever visited. Heartbroken by front office care
