The issue I have with Dr.Koch is they made a determination without submitting the claims to the insurance company and said they did and it has been a pass the buck and unprofessionalism since I went there. They pick and choose whom they service. Just choose another practice.

They aren't VA friendly. I'm a veteran that was sent here through the VA for community care. They aren't friendly and did not like that the VA would cover certain treatments and would compare VA insurance to other patients insurance. If other patients insurance doesn't cover certain treatments they said it would be wrong for me to use my VA insurance and that I should pay out of pocket. This dermatology office mistreated me to the upmost, and would ignore me when I reached out to them. I mostly experienced unfriendliness, bad attitudes: like I was nothing. They ended my treatment without telling me and canceled all my future appointments I had. Please don't come here if you are a veteran. They don't treat you right and the thing I don't understand is why partner with the VA but give veterans that come to your facility poor treatment. I can't believe the experience I had with this company. Dr Koch was the dermatologist I saw here.
