Horrible wait times, hold times, delays, etc.
First, it can take 6 to 9 months to even get an appointment. Then their policy of leaving a voicemail that says 'If you do not confirm your appointment (again) before 4:30 PM tomorrow, it will be canceled.' is NOT a good policy considering some people may be out of town, etc. Less than 24 hours notice demanding a re-confirm or cancellation is not very good customer service. Also, calling at all means waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. This means I can't use my phone to answer other calls, etc. My time is also valuable and they have no qualms about wasting it.

Excellent Knowledgeable Specialist
Diagnosed with posterior vitreous detachment. Keeping eye on me for retinal tears or detachment. Excellent thorough exam & bedside manner. He answered all my questions. Do not be fooled by how young he looks! I highly recommend him to all!
