Dulles Eye Associates

I normally don’t write reviews, but Dulles Eye Associate deserves to gave them ZERO!!! Everyone is rushing you even their doctors do not spend time with patient to explain the concern, or hear out the patient. Don’t west your time at Dulles Eye Associate. They don’t deserve your business. When they make appointments they do not look your insurance in details that are they doing business with your insurance provider or no, simply make appointments and west your time once you get their, they will charge you, same thing happened to me and my husband, we need glasses we made appointment I clearly told front desk why we are coming, after we got their office the doctor did a quick check and said your eyes are good, I said we need glasses check what number is good for us, then they said ohhh ahhhhh we don’t do business with your insurance unfortunately we can’t check that what glasses you need, go somewhere else. So this is scam!

I have visited Dulles eye on Nov 30th and I had terrible experience, I wish I could gave zero star. I have called made my appointment over the phone, I well explained to the receptionist why I want to visit the Dr.So after completing initial information the Dr. came he was in hurry checked my eyes and told me your eyes are good, he had no time to explain, just said your eyes have no damage, I explained him that I have vision difficulty, he said ok let me take you to the another Dr. to see glass option I have waited another 20 minutes the ophthalmologist came to me said ” sir unfortunately I can’t do anything for you, your insurance is spectrum and we don’t work with them. I said hold on a minute when I made appointment you guys didn’t tell me, he said oh ahhhh sorry. They wested another hour just talk to a manager and no result, I walked out. They are all in rush they have no time for patients. They are not transparent, not honest, everyone is in rush.h
