We have been going to Piedmont pediatrics for eight years. We are getting ready to move to a new state and they made a clerical error and transferred our care before we intended to. One of the doctors recommended. We still out some forms ahead of time, and they did not contact us to make sure that we wanted to end care. They had no flexibility in rectifying their mistake which was the most disappointing part. Most of the doctors are kind and nurturing, but the inflexibility of the admin manager in this situation was very unfortunate and reflected badly on the whole organization. Having a lack of flexibility really makes them feel like a big organization and loses that personal touch.
