Bad experience
Went to them, small business, local. Glasses came in and they were progressive lenses. I ordered single vision. They got mad at me and belligerent. I took the glasses, went to Lensecrafters, paid extra because Rivers Bend used my insurance but they were right and I love them. I will not be using small businesses for my medical, dental or vision needs anymore. Stay away.

Gaps in lenses and scrathed frames
It pains me to write this review because I was a happy client for over a decade, but the service at Rivers Bend Eyecare has hit a catastrophic low. It took Rivers Bend Eyecare over two months to get my glasses to me and in the end, there were gasps between the frame and lenses, and they scratched my Tiffany frames.
