Mri & Ct Diagnostics

I hadn't been here before, but I had heard from some coworkers that scans were drastically different here. They were right. I brought my son in for an MRI, and he was so nervous. My tech, Jen, went over everything with him and put him at ease. On top of our great experience, the office had our appointment scheduled in a timely manner, and the cost was waayyy cheaper than any other place we called. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a logistical nightmare.Your doctor will give you one of their fliers that says you will receive a call from the scheduling department within 2 business days. Don't believe it. You will not get a call EVER! After three calls to schedule an appointment and being told my doctor hadn't sent an order, I FINALLY got someone who told me that, yes indeed, they had received my order on the date my doctor sent it, more than a week prior! I was then told, they had to schedule my appointment TWO WEEKS out to wait for insurance authorization. So, I called my insurance company and asked them to expedite authorization because I WAS IN PAIN. My insurance company told me they had not received the request for authorization from MRI-CT. It took THREE WEEKS since MRI-CT received the order for me to get scheduled for an MRI. It's plain cruelty, not only that they don't care about patients in pain, but that the patient has to be in the middle of their shoddy administration practices.
