This place lacks compassion for their clients experience, overbooks their providers and schedules excessive, and unnecessary appointments spaced out over long periods of time before actually testing and diagnosing their clients so they can then receive care. I have never experienced a more unorganized mess. The practice manager treats a concern or complaint with finesse and the compassion of a collection agent. The providers are so overbooked that showing up late or a no show without a follow up call or apologetic email seems to be the ok standard. If a provider is a no show or is minutes late causing their client to be late for their own job or have to suffer longer without care is appalling. This is a business highly focused on churn and burn, not the care and treatment of vulnerable people. I believe this practice has lost sight of what their actual purpose and its obviously not mental health care, it’s money.
