Sterling Behavioral Health Serv

I have been a patient of SBHS for several years and this office is AMAZING. Prior to COVID, I never waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Currently, with the modifications the office has had to make due to the pandemic, the service is still impeccable! My provider, Dr. Rizvi, always listens to me and focuses on what I need and what is best for my mental health. I must also mention Heather; she works with me regarding refills, prior authorizations, and even reminds me when I need to schedule an appointment. I used to live in NOVA but I relocated to Winchester about 3 years ago. I love SBHS so much and my experiences have been so outstanding, I will continue to make the hour drive to see Dr. Rizvi for my services. Thanks to all of the staff at SBHS for working together to provide such an awesome environment.
