Inova Medical Group-Ashburn Healthplex

I had a truly disappointing experience at Inova Medical Group Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine (Dr.Faisal A Siddiqui) this doctor's office. From start to finish, the communication between the staff was chaotic and unprofessional. The staff had poor communication, didn’t cooperate, and seemed uninterested in helping patients. I expect a healthcare provider to prioritize their patients' well-being and communicate effectively, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.They made me bring the same MRI Two different CD twice, both claiming it was blank, only to later find the images on it whole time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a supportive and competent medical team!
