I had the wrong appointment date listed in my calendar, but the office staff worked with me to still get me in that day. That was fantastic. Their policy is to not reschedule for the same day on a missed appointment, but since they weren't busy, I asked if they could accommodate me. My only complaint was that when I met with the PA, we talked about multiple non-opioid Rx's. He didn't Rx all of the ones that he said he would. I had to call them back, and ask if he was going to Rx the other two. I'm waiting for a response.
