Two reasons for the one star review: 1. Came to treat one of two ingrown toenails I had, was told that non-invasive treatments are never effective and they needed to surgically remove part of the toenail, even though in was not very severe at all. The procedure was not pleasant and healing took a while. I treated the other ingrown nail with a kit from amazon and it worked fast and painlessly, no surgery needed. 2. I was booked for a follow up appointment and specifically asked if they would send a confirmation email or text. I did not receive this, but received a bill for not showing up - when I called to clarify I was rudely informed that I had signed a form with their no-show policy and they would not waive that fee.
