Excel has made it clear they don't actually care about the health and safety of its staff and patients. They do not, and apparently will not, have any policies to keep people sick with Covid from entering the clinic unless they're the person with the appointment that day. Turns out you can have Covid or be a confirmed exposure case and walk right in, with out a mask, and do as you please as long as you don't have an appointment. So beware of who's around you in the lobby because parents sick with Covid can still bring their kids in for appointments, or asymptomatic parents can bring their sick kids with them. You can have Covid and walk in just to hang out and they won't stop you as long as you don't have an appointment. This puts the staff and patients at risk and Excel has disregarded these complaints entirely.
