Horrible Dentist!!! DO NOT ever go to him... 3 months after he put a crown on my tooth ... my jaw still hurts so I cannot eat hard foods... and the crown fell off. It appears that it was such shoddy work, that my tooth has decayed and will now have to be pulled.. and probably have to have a root canal. I'm only going back to A Perfectch Smile to see if they are going to make it right. I found our DDS Jackson is no longer there . SO beware Price , Utah if he has started his own practice! I have yet to find out how much the practice is going to bill me for on the repair...

Amazing Office
They are wonderful. They did a gret job with me and my family. We were given an estimate on price and we recieved quality care. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I would not recommend this practice. I was quoted a treatment but I was billed 3 times the amount quoted after the procedure. I have not received any explanation of the increase and the office has been unresponsive to my inquiries. One of my fillings fell out within a week and I had to take additional time to go their office to get their error corrected. After that frustrating experience with the actual dental work, I was then overbilled. I still haven't had any resolution.
