PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS! I WISH I WOULD HAVE! Dr. Lucero and his staff were well aware of my son’s anxiety with dentists before going in. We were made to wait nearly 20 minutes in the waiting area after the scheduled time. Once he was in the seat, we waiting another 20 minutes for Lucero. His anxiety growing each minute. Then Dr. Lucero came in telling some story about his kids playing video games and trying to crack jokes and being so obnoxious that not even his assistants could fake laugh at. Then after 10 minutes of that, he finally decided to look at my sons’s mouth. My son stood to get an X-ray and and threw a tissue off his lap to me while I was looking away that I didn’t even see. Apparently that made me a bad parent in his eyes. He told me he would put a plan together and get back to me. 2 weeks later after not hearing a word, I receive a letter from him saying he is refusing service, accusing me of bad parenting and my son punching his door (which he did NOT do). How da
