Receptionist and Test Results
My wife had some blood and other tests done at the Cope Family Medicine - Ogden Clinic in Bountiful. We hadn't heard any results on some of the tests, so not living too far away, I stopped in to see if I could get anymore information. The receptionist at the front desk, Tylene, asked me to wait a moment and arose from her desk to personally walk to the lab, check with them and tell me that the results are waiting to be read by the provider, Marty Johnson PA, and that he would call today with the results. It only took two days for the results, when it could have take up to two weeks for the results to come back. I believe the receptionist, Tylene, went above and beyond to find the information we were looking for. I appreciate her efforts more that she could imagine.
