Husband went in to prepare for braces. Had tooth extractions, fills, crowns, everything. When it came to get his braces… nothing! Had to special order them as he’s allergic to nickel, fine. We wait an extra month. No contact or notification they haven’t arrived by appt time. Wasted a trip. 4 months later and I had to call the main office in Allan to get any answers! They over charged copay and made us pay before running the codes through insurance. We got a credit but still made us pay for services. Now fighting then for full refund plus the refund if the deposit and monthly payments fir the braces we never got!! Rude office manager and staff. They have no clue how to run any office! TeAnna was supposed to contact us fir the refund and it’s been 4 days and she has yet to contact us. Now looking for another orthodontist AND dentist because of the front staff. Hoping we get our money back and they stop auto payments fir something we never got. Looking into reporting to BBB snd court!
