My husband and I want to keep Dr. URICCHO AS OUR CARDIOLOGIST, but we will probably have to go elsewhere. Office and medical staff never pass on our cardiac questions and issues. It is impossible to get a call back from this office. Cardiac issues should NEVER be ignored as they can be a life or death concern if not that minute, then in the near future. Yet there is no doubt that is what is happening with us. In my case, we asked for help with a diagnosis of a 350 cholesterol level, so I am a dead woman walking as we never receive a callback. We’ve called many times to ascertain WHY we NEVER receive callbacks. We are promised we will get a return call but never do.
