Poor Service
Random disregard and respect for the patient by office staff in all areas. After months of trying to get them to correct a previous billing error, I was given an 8:50 am appointment but was not seen until after 10 am. I was charged a $35 specialist appointment fee then told that my 'completely paid preventive maintenance' procedure would require me to pay a $495 copay. Had I been told that upfront, I would not have made the appointment. My insurance info was already on file and I was told that everything had been verified.
