Horrible billing practices

Billing department is horrible on filing claims. I will never go back to this place. Still fighting with them and my insurance company on a payment that was sent to them and they say was never received. To Dr. Joseph Chen group, in which they say were a part of, but no longer anymore. So where did this money go then????
