Went to Dr. Amy Walsh for heel pain and she not only checked my heel pain but other stuff going on with my feet. Gave me instructions on how to remedy my pain.

Dr. Walsh is a great doctor. She's always extremely thorough and really listens. I've used her for over 5 years now and only receive outstanding care for my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh for your foot and ankle needs.

Have Medicare, had to have a boot, charged me 200.00 and told me to send in claim to medicare. Medicare is not accepting from Louetta Foot and Ankle they do not have Medicare account. Only Dr. Amy Walsh has the account and she did not supply my boot. So I am out 200.00 and will never go back to them and will not recommend to anyone.

Thwy worked hard to understand and fix the issue

I have suffered with an ingrown toenail on my right foot for some time. The staff are awesome! I highly recommend Dr Amy Walsh for any foot problems you may suffer from. She chats with you to keep your mind off the procedure. No pain what so ever! Also, they have a pedicure salon across the hall way! I cannot wait to try it out!!

My former podiatrist retired a few years ago, but recently I was in the need of a new podiatrist. I checked out a few online, but liked the location of louetta Foot & Ankle Specialist given they had two locations to choose from. I called one day and was able to secure an appointment for the next day, office. Staff was very pleasant to speak with, answered my questions and made every effort to get me in as soon as possible. I saw Dr. Amy Walsh and she addressed my concerns Immediately, a minor procedure was done with no pain. She explained everything that she would be doing and answered my questions thoroughly. Everything was done in a timely manner And my follow up was scheduled before I left the office. I really appreciated the whole process and the professionalism they provided.

After losing my big toenail due to an injury I wanted to make sure it was coming in properly. The Dr assured me it was and gave something to brush on daily.

This was my third appointment at this practice but my first time seeing Dr. Vorice Batts. As with Dr. Bachmann, I found her to be both personable and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the source of my foot pain and her recommended treatment, and she patiently answered all of my questions. Each time I have had an appointment, I have always been seen on time and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful.

The nurse who evaluated me initially was very friendly and very thorough. The doctor performed a procedure on me quickly, bandaged me up and I was out the door in no time.

My mother was crying and yelling why does it hurt so bad? If they are going to cut/tear the tissue while cutting the toenails why isn’t she given something to numb the pain? One toe was bleeding so bad they had to cauterize it. I was heartbroken that she was in such pain. I know when I get my ingrown toenail cut out, I get a shot to numb the pain.

I went in for a pedicure. It was a great pedicure. She only uses disposable items on your feet. My feet and toes are summer ready. It is a very clean and relaxing place.
