This review is regarding Dr. Arlena Davis from the Wellness weight loss services. Dr. Davis is professional, compassionate, and her knowledge of weight loss management is very encouraging so that one can truly accomplish any realistic goals set. Any concerns I had were put to ease with her expertise and confidence. She is personable, and I love her patience of any and all the questions asked. Not only did she answer them, but she also provided documentation and online refences to further increase understanding in my journey of health wellness.

I have been with this practice for over 3 years and even though there is a few snafu’s that need to be taken care of such as returning my calls to me from the staff in a timely manner and the disposition and attitude of the front office people Dr. Brown is great to work with. She has gotten my meds in a way that I feel better and she approves my time off when I need FMLA and Accommodations. I’ve also worked with Doug, the counselor there and he is great. He lets me go at my pace and helps me out a lot. Doug is not only the counselor there by he pulls double duty and he also is the one that fills out all the paperwork for my FMLA and Accommodations. He always calls me about my paperwork and keeps me informed about where he is in the process of the paperwork and he will even work late or even call me in the late evening to make sure my paperwork is out way before the deadline. He will even work over the weekend on his time off to make sure the paperwork is done.
