Summer Hill Dental

Recently I had a tooth filling that was installed by Summer Hill fall out. I called and was seen quite quickly as I have experienced for the last 12-13 years I have been going there. As it turns out the recommendation was to have a crown. On that occasion they scheduled the appointment right away. This time I was told I needed to pay up front for the procedure before they would schedule it. I asked what had changed in the last 12 yrs and the young lady said there was a pop up on my account instructing this and it looked like they had a had some issues with a previous billing. I told her if my displeasure and basically got an “oh well” shrug! After talking to the billing person, Ali, the only response was a question if I pkanned to keep my appoint for my cleaning that was scheduled or could she cancel. So sad how impersonal life has become. My entire family will be going somewhere else. FYI never even got a call to try and make it right either. And I saw them 4 times a year.
