Staff is like a rotating door. Office manager (I think the surgeons wife?) has zero experience or knowledge about running a medical practice or surgery scheduling *and it shows*. MRI order took 2 weeks to go out for me and 3 weeks for a friend. Waited over an hour and a half to review MRI with the Dr, and I showed up EARLY for my appt early. In fact, I've always had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. Some of the staff is so rude, fake kindness readily available in person though. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
