Professional and caring
My visit was awesome! The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Katie demonstrated highly professional competence AND a caring ethic. She explained each hearing test and the results thoroughly. At the same time, she was engaging and interested in my experiences and concerns. I recommend Dr. Katie with assurance that she will treat all her patients similarly.
