After a grueling preparation for next day colonoscopy , I arrived at her surgical center where just the sign in process was met with rudeness by person receiving arriving patients , I was told my procedure and others after me were cancelled 10 mins before arriving … so sorry , due to “ medical emergency” which says nothing!! The prep assigned to me was after a consultation long before that date , with NPRN ..,I mentioned I had experience with preps and some I could not tolerate in the past and why? Still , the one ordered was horribly difficult. Yet, I persevered with it and all for nothing. Another person standing in line with me witnessing every thing that happened from my attempting to sign in and up to moment being told procedure was cancelled , was just as appalled as I and encouraged me to report this behavior and not to just accept it. Later , outside of facility she revealed she was a nurse and no way the treatment I was receiving was acceptable. !
